COVID-19 Safety Protocols

For Your Safety:

  • Everyone entering the building must agree to a temperature check and answering COVID-related health questions.  Anyone with a fever or showing any COVID symptoms with not be admitted to the building
  • All patrons, performers and staff will always be required to wear a mask in any area of the theatre building (masks are available for anyone who does not have one)
  • Patrons are asked to maintain at least 6 ft distance from each other inside the theatre and lobby where possible. Please do not enter the lobby until party before you has been seated
  • As required by the State of New York we will be limiting our seat capacity to 33% – utilizing only every other row.
  • Box office staff will assign seating.  Seats will be assigned the day that the tickets are purchased.  Social distancing will be in place eliminating every other row and keeping empty seats between parties.  Patrons must sit in their assigned seat at all times.
  • ALL cast members have been fully vaccinated and will therefore not be required to wear their masks while on stage, however they will keep their masks on whenever entering the aisles of the audience.
  • Patrons must wear a mask – that covers their mouth and nose – at all times, even if they are fully vaccinated.  We do not have the capacity to verify vaccinations at this time. Patrons who do not comply will be asked to leave.
  • There will be no concessions sold at the theatre and no food allowed in the theatre
  • Hand sanitizer is provided in multiple areas including the lobby and theatre.  High touch areas of the space are routinely disinfected by the theatre staff
  • The theatre space will be thoroughly sanitized between performances (via an electrostatic cleaner) In additions, the theatre utilizes Air Purifiers with H13 HEPA filter and the air conditioning system is fitted with MERV13 filters
  • Hand washing and sanitizing is also expected of all patrons and staff members 
  • There will be no pre-show workshop until further notice – however, patrons will receive a link to video taped presentation that they can watch online
